Death is but the next great adventure for Broadway's A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER. BroadwayWorld learned this evening that the Tony Award-winning Best Musical will play its final performance on the Great White Way on Sunday, January 17, 2016. Producer Joey Parnes announced the news today. The musical's record-breaking run at the Walter Kerr Theatre will have played nearly 1,000 performances on Broadway, and its Tony Award-winning star, Jefferson Mays, will have died more than 6,000 deaths as various members of the illfated D'Ysquith family. The 2015 National Meningitis Association Gala was held on April 27 at The Pierre Hotel to benefit the Fight Against Meningitis, a Vaccine-Preventable Disease. The annual NMA 'Give Kids a Shot' Gala was once again an emotion filled evening and a stellar success in aiding in the fight against meningitis, a potentially vaccine preventable disease. The Pierre was the stunning setting for this year's event as hundreds of New York's notables turned out to support the cause and were thrilled by the knockout performance of Obie Award winning actor/singer Darius de Haas. This year's Master of Ceremonies was Paul A. Offit, M.D., Chief of Infectious Diseases and Director of the Vaccine Education Center, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Scroll down for photos!
