Organizers of the GI Film Festival San Diego are thrilled to announce a diverse film lineup for its annual event happening May 17-21, 2022 at the Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA) in Balboa Park. The film festival is dedicated to presenting films and events for, by and about military and veterans, and is set to return to in-person screenings for the first time since 2019. Cantor Nathan Lam, one of the foremost Cantors in the United States has joined the clergy at the Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts at the Saban Theatre. The Temple, which owns the historic 1900 seat art deco Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills is the largest arts and entertainment industry synagogue in the United States and is led by its founder Rabbi David Baron.
The shows begin May 18 at Jacksonville, FL’s Daily’s Place and then continue through early September. Special guests throughout the tour will include Caamp (May 18-June 17, September 3), Gregory Alan Isakov (July 12-August 16), Daniel Rodriguez (July 12-August 16), and James Bay (August 17-September 6).
