YOU GOT A PROBLEM Officially Selected to Screen at Star-Studded Sunscreen Film Festival

The Sunscreen Film Festival was one of only 23 film festivals in the country to be sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. The festival has been named one of the Top 25 Film Festivals by MovieMaker Magazine.

The festival will screen YOU GOT A PROBLEM, a short film by Broadway Actor (Grand Hotel) turned Director Charles Mandracchia. The short written, produced, animated, composed and directed by Mandracchia recently won The NYC INDE FILM AWARDS & The Global Independent Film Awards Film Festival for "Best Animation". In addition, the award winning short will screen at the "Hang onto Your Shorts" in Asbury Park, NJ on May 21st at 11:00am-1:00 block and at "The New Hope Film Festival" in July. The film has been officially selected for the CHAUTAUQUA International Film Fest.

In January, YOU GOT A PROBLEM... won "Best Director Animation" in the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards & "Best Director Animation" in the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival. The short film went on to win the Accolade Film Festival for Best Animation & Best Direction & "The Genre Celebration Festival" in Los Angeles, Best Animation Short "Red Corner Festival" in USA/Italy and Best Animated Short Film category in the "Mediterranean Film Festival" (MEDFF) for 2016.

The star-studded Sunscreen Film Festival has featured such Broadway Stars & celebrity guests as John Travolta, Ron Perlman, Kelly Preston, Patrick Warburton, Gary Busey, Joe Morton, Billy Dee Williams, Ed Asner, Patrick Wilson, Michael Rooker, Alexa Vega, Paul Sorvino, Phil Cooke, Ralph Winter, Chris Wyatt, Sean Covel, Esai Morales, Dean Batali, Stephen DeSouza and, Nancy Cartwright.

You Got a Problem tells a story of Uncle Louie and his Italian-American Paisanos who solve a problem that the Pizza man is having with a bunch of kids from a Brooklyn neighborhood. You got a problem, no problem...just call uncle Louie. He'll take care of it! No Problem!
