Local Ethnic Dance Companies Set for 4th Annual Chicago International Dance Forum, 11/14

The 4th Annual Chicago International Dance Forum, celebrating the many types of ethnic dance companies that make Chicago their home, will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at the Auditorium of Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children and are available at the door or by calling 773-732-9284.

Audience members are invited to browse the colorful and informative Ethnic Cultural Exhibition in the lobby of NEIU's Auditorium before the dance performance and during intermission.

Performers for the 4th Annual Chicago International Dance Forum include the dynamic Ensemble Espanol, Mexican Folkloric Dance Company, Miorita Romanian Dance Ensemble, Horo Bulgarian Dance Ensemble, Lira Polish Music and Dance Ensemble, Indonesian Dance of Illinois, Chicago Korean Dance Company, the Rebecca McCarthy School of Irish Dance, Peruvian Folk Dance Ensemble, Arberia Albanian Dance Ensemble, Bharatam Indian Dance Group and the children's cast of the Moscow Ballet's "Great Russian Nutcracker."
