Broadway in the Berkshires producer and Company member Deborah Grausman (Master Class at S&Co, The North American Tour of Fiddler on the Roof, The Club at BTG), is thrilled to have Mr. Cavett on board to headline the evening's festivities. Ms. Grausman has assembled an illustrious cast for the highly anticipated event with exceptional musicians, and a first-rate creative team who are all donating their time and talent for this exciting benefit performance. Broadway in the Berkshires, a magical evening of all-star entertainment, will feature some of Broadway's brightest stars in a dazzling affair which includes a delicious walk-around dinner reception, a live auction, and an exclusive VIP after-party with the artists.

Mr. Cavett has been nominated for eleven Emmy awards (the most recent in 2012 for the HBO special, Mel Brooks and Dick Cavett Together Again), and won three. Spanning five decades, Dick Cavett's television career has defined excellence in the interview format. He started at ABC in 1968, and also enjoyed success on PBS, USA, and CNBC. His most recent television successes were the September 2014 PBS special, Dick Cavett's Watergate, followed April 2015 by Dick Cavett's Vietnam. He has appeared in movies, TV specials, TV commercials, and several Broadway shows including Into the Woods, The Rocky Horror Show, Otherwise Engaged. He starred in an off-Broadway production of Hellman v. McCarthy in 2014 and reprised the role at Theatre 40 in LA February 2015. Cavett has published four books beginning with Cavett (1974) and Eye on Cavett (1983), co-authored with Christopher Porterfield. His two recent books -- Talk Show: Confrontations, Pointed Commentary, and Off- Screen Secrets (2010) and Brief Encounters: Conversations, Magic moments, and Assorted Hijinks (October 2014) are both collections of his online opinion column, written for The New York Times since 2007. Additionally, he has written for The New Yorker, TV Guide, Vanity Fair, and elsewhere.

The dazzling line-up of Broadway performers includes: Tony Award Nominee Josh Young (Amazing Grace, Jesus Christ Superstar), Anne Brummel (Wicked), Charlotte Cohn (La Bohème, Coram Boy), Hannah DelMonte (Fiddler on the Roof), Ali Ewoldt (The King and I, Les Miserables), Russell Arden Koplin (Les Miserables, James Joyce's The Dead), Jonathan Rayson (Little Shop of Horrors, A Year With Frog and Toad), Eric Van Tielen (Les Miserables, A Tale of Two Cities). The cast also features Deborah Grausman (Fiddler on the Roof-The North American Tour, Master Class at S&Co, The Club at BTG) and two other Shakespeare & Company actors, David Joseph (Henry V, Love's Labour's Lost) and Andy Talen (Julius Caesar, Mother Courage) along with New York Philharmonic and LA Opera performer Michael Marcotte. Rounding out the star-studded cast is Berkshire native and international opera star Maureen O'Flynn (The Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Covent Garden as well as The Taster at S&Co and many shows at BTG), Lauren Jelencovich (Yanni's Featured Vocalist) and Berkshire natives Dancer/Choreographer, Ruslan Sprague (Ballet West, Albany Berkshire Ballet) and his dance partner, Giorgia Comeau (Albany Berkshire Ballet).

The creative team includes Director Sam Scalamoni (Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Lestat, Artistic Director of Skyline Theatre Company), Music Director Nate Patten (Beautiful, Silence the Musical, Elf), Arranger/Composer Tod Rainey (Cirque du Soleil, PBS, Rainey Day Music & Theater), Script Writer Matthew Hardy (Ever Happily After, Flambé Dreams, Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas, BMI Advanced Writers Workshop), Music Consultant Michael Lavine (Broadway Vocal Coach and Sheet Music Guru), Production Stage Manager Kat West (Murder for Two, Altar Boyz). The talented musicians joining Mr. Patten are Owen Young, Cellist for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Dionne Jackson, Flutist for the Lyric Opera of Chicago Orchestra, local Percussionist, Dana De La Rosa from the band, Hack Monet.

BROADWAY IN THE BERKSHIRES
5:00PM VIP guests will be treated to wines donated by Nejaime's and hors d'oeuvres by Savory Harvey Catering at the brand-new, beautiful store, Castle & Main.
6:00PM: Guests will be invited into the historic Mahaiwe Theater for a dynamic 90-minute performance by some of the hottest and up-and-coming Broadway stars and Company actors.
7:30PM: Guests will enjoy a sumptuous walk-around dinner reception catered by Michael Roller of Savory Harvest Catering. Desserts and Ice Cream are generously donated by Haven and SoCo Creamery.
VIP After-Party: Angels, Executive Producers, Producers, and Investors will enjoy our intimate VIP After-Party with the artists at Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics' stunning new offices in downtown Great Barrington. The VIP after-party is graciously hosted by Jane Iredale with Chocolates donated by Chocolate Springs and wines provided by Spirited.
