TSO's 15th year of touring presents the encore and final performance of their multi-platinum rock opera, "The Lost Christmas Eve." TSO's 2013 Winter Tour will play over 100 shows in 67 cities across North America, presented by Hallmark Channel.

The Orlando Sentinel says: At Saturday's matinee, for a crowd that only required opening part of the upper bowl, the melodramatic tale unfolded with familiar high points: Grand theatrical narration, heavy-metal treatments of "The First Noel" and other carols, all accented by the occasional napalm-worthy blast. TSO is still capable of leveling a small village with holiday cheer... Any turn away from the Christmas theme is a risky one, because yuletide sentimentality has always offered the best context for TSO's shamelessly over-the-top production. Without that heart, all the explosions and blinding spotlights soon become gratuitous.

Alan Cox of Reverb says: Highlights included guitarist Al Pitrelli's musical dual with violin player Asha Mevlana on "Winter Palace" and Jeff Scott Soto's gritty vocal delivery of "Christmas Nights in Blue." It was all very over the top, flirting with Spinal Tap status at moments, but all great fun and satisfying to the multi-generational crowd in attendance. Following "The Lost Christmas," the setlist called for favorites from the other two parts of their holiday trilogy, "Christmas Eve & Other Stories" and "The Christmas Attic." TSO decked the halls with a unique hybrid of Andrew Lloyd Webber's theatrics, Savatage's metal sensibilities and Pink Floyd's circus light show - all whirled through a Christmas blender - to produce a holiday entertainment concoction that's easy to digest.

Tim Friend of the Examiner writes: Guitar players Chris Caffery and Joel Hoekstrathrilled the crowd with their riffs and their antics as they raced from side to side and up and down the multi-leveled set. Violinist Roddy Chong busted bow strings as he rose above the stage on a single platform. Bassist Dave Z also exuded high energy when he and Caffery suddenly appeared behind the audience members on an elevated platform filled with flames and light while they rocked the crowd. The singers belted out songs like 'Christmas Nights in Blue' but also sang soft, sweet ballads and Christmas classics. Rob Evan gave several outstanding performances. His vocals excelled on numerous songs including 'Back to a Reason' and 'What Child Is This?' Georgia Napolitano also brought the crowd to its feet when she closed out the first half of the show with 'Different Wings.'
