Common Ground Theatre (www.cgtheatre.com) is a performance and teaching space located in west Durham, offering performing arts and educational groups a flexible, well-equipped alternative space. The Theatre provides a convenient venue for Triangle audiences to experience the diversity of our area's arts and educational offerings. All events listed will be held at Common Ground Theatre. The Theatre is hosting the following events in March:

Transactors Improv Presents: City of Medicine

Join us for our second season of this completely improvised serial medical drama. Inspired by Grey's Anatomy and E.R., this real-life drama is set at Bull City Medical Center, Durham's newest teaching hospital. Each show the cast is joined by a special guest who is either saved or killed by our doctors. Don't miss a single episode! City of Medicine: Where who you heal is not nearly as important as whose heart you steal.

March 6th at 8pm Eastern

The Worx at Common Ground

Two groups that regularly perform at ComedyWorx make the short trip from Raleigh to present an evening of longform improvisation at Common Ground. Ask Daphne is an all woman's group that features players from ComedyWorx as well as Transactors and Manbites Dog Theater company. Really Special People are all graduates from the Worx Training Center and play with energy to match their wit.

One Song is an independent high school theatre company made up of some of the most talented young artists in the area. Stop Kiss is a show about Callie, a young woman discovering her true potential through the eyes of a new friend and potentially more-- Sara.
