Play On! is a musical production inspired by Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, set against the vibrant backdrop of 1930s Harlem and featuring the music of Duke Ellington. The story follows aspiring songwriter Vy as she disguises herself as a man to break into a male-dominated music scene, leading to a whirlwind of mistaken identities and romance. Directed by Lili-Anne Brown, this fresh take on a classic comedy promises a captivating blend of jazz and dance, highlighted by timeless hits like "Take the ‘A’ Train" and "Mood Indigo."
