Bobby Robotowitz is a world premiere play written by Matt Schatz and directed by Woolly Mammoth Company Member Jared Mezzocchi, co-produced with City Theatre of Pittsburgh. Dina, a novelist down on her luck and running out of words, turns to a chatbot named Bobby Robotowitz for help, but as Bobby evolves from assistant to collaborator to something more intimate, Dina's real life starts to glitch. The play is a sharp comedy about creativity, codependency, and the seductive pull of technology.
