Bloodlines is the 2026 Ensemble Theatre Festival featuring two productions paired under a shared thematic lens: Peerless by Jiehae Park, directed by Keltie Forsyth, and A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams, directed by Chris Lam. Across both plays, sisters navigate ambition, illusion, and survival within systems beginning to fracture and worlds where identity must be performed, defended, and reinvented. The festival explores the invisible threads between past and present, family and system, survival and self-invention, asking what happens when the pressure to succeed pushes us past our moral limits.
