The digital album for the Broadway musical, Lempicka (Original Broadway Cast Recording) is available now.

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of Lempicka is still on its way, but fans will just have to wait a bit longer. The album, which was originally rescheduled for a June 12 release, has been pushed back to June 18.

The Longacre Theatre, soon-to-be home of the new musical, Lempicka, is showcasing a curated selection of renowned artist Tamara de Lempicka’s most famous works.

Lempicka, the sweeping new musical portrait celebrating the gripping true story of renowned artist Tamara de Lempicka, will open on Broadway this spring at the Longacre Theatre (220 W 48th St). Eden Espinosa, who originated the titular role in critically acclaimed performances at Williamstown Theatre Festival and La Jolla Playhouse, will star in the production.

A casting notice has been released for the Broadway production of Lempicka, which notes that the musical will go into rehearsals in January and open in New York in March.

The Broadway-bound musical, directed by Tony nominee Rachel Chavkin, with music by Matt Gould and book and lyrics by Carson Kreitzer, starred Eden Espinosa, Amber Iman, Nicholas Belton, Jon Jon Briones, T. Oliver Reid, Darlesia Cearcy, Natalie Joy Johnson, and Kendyl Ito.

According to an Equity casting notice, LEMPICKA, which ran at the Williamstown Theatre Festival this summer, will have a future beyond Massachusetts.
