The cast has been announced for the delicious Regency farce Quality Street, touring the UK this year. From the beloved writer of Peter Pan, the acclaimed original run in 2020 was cut short by the pandemic and has now been revived for 2023. The popularity of J.M. Barrie’s romantic comedy was such a sensation in its day that it gave its name to the UK’s most loved chocolates: Quality Street™.

Patrick's Positivity Parade was a 'car train' of over 150 vehicles that drove through Patrick Carman's neighborhood to show support, love, and positivity for the 26-year-old with a health condition.

The Central New York Playhouse is now entertaining audiences with the delightful romantic comedy Shakespeare in Love. The play by Lee Hall is adapted from the popular 1998 film of the same name. With numerous productions of Romeo and Juliet occurring throughout Central New York the timing is perfect for a refreshing relief, a play that is about writing Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Even better, the production is witty, refreshing, and entertaining.

Happy New Year to the Syracuse area theater community! We have a new year filled a variety of theatrical productions throughout the greater Syracuse area coming up! We are fortunate to live in an area that has so many talented actors, technicians, and directors as well as dedicated theater companies - not to mention supportive theatergoers. From the local theaters to the Equity tours that come through the area, we are lucky that Syracuse offers many opportunities to experience live theater. Having seen countless productions in this area since I was young and reviewed many shows for the past few years, I thought I would take a moment to share which productions I am most excited about in 2019!
