Review: LOUISA MAY ALCOTT'S LITTLE WOMEN at Guthrie Theater
by Joe Sarafolean - Apr 24, 2026
Yet another adaptation of a literary classic has arrived on the Guthrie stage, this time in the form of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women. A story known to so many whether it be from actually reading the original novel, seeing one of the many film and television adaptations, or even the highly successful Broadway musical adaptation starring the incomparable Sutton Foster. No matter where you have seen it, you most likely haven’t seen it in this form.

Review: MEN ON BOATS at City Theatre Austin
by Sabrina Wallace - Apr 11, 2026
City Theatre Austin’s Men on Boats is a sharp historical comedy where an all women and non-binary ensemble dismantles frontier myth making. Clever staging, precise physical comedy, and bold direction turn conquest into satire.

Review: ONCE at Helsingborgs Stadsteater

This is my first visit to Helsingborg Stadsteater but probably not my last. Well-organized and good with lots of free lockers for your jacket and large items. Great modern theatre auditorium with a excellent grading between the rows in the stalls.
