The much loved Cellists of The Metropolitan Orchestra (TMO) return to the stunning Independent Theatre in North Sydney on March 29th as part of the Independents Sunday afternoon Prelude In Tea series. TMOs cellists will dazzle with a beautiful choice of music including classic chamber master works through to popular classics, all re-orchestrated to accentuate the extraordinary sounds of this unique ensemble. Hear wonderful works by Tavares, Paert, Wagner, Faure, Piazzolla, Ravel and Shostakovich in addition to a few surprises including a re-imagining of Led Zeppelins rock classic, Kashmir, all delivered in a refreshing style highlighting the deep, warm sounds of the Cello.Afternoon Tea: 2:30pm | 3:30pm Concert
