New Ghosts Theatre Company presents the world premiere of Born on a Thursday, a poignant drama by Jack Kearney exploring themes of family and memory in Western Sydney. The story centers on April, who returns home after years abroad to discover the profound changes within her family, leading to a raw confrontation of their shared history. Directed by Lucy Clements, the production features a talented cast including Deborah Galanos, James Lugton, Sharon Millerchip, Owen Hasluck, and Sofia Nolan. The play also collaborates with the Australian Sports Brain Bank to address important issues surrounding traumatic brain injuries.
