New Georges, the OBIE-winning downtown theater company founded in 1992, will present the world premiere of American playwright Maggie Smith's peculiar fable Good Heif, a full-length play, directed by Sarah Cameron Sunde. Good Heif will be presented in SoHo at the Ohio Theatre. Previews begin October 6, and the official Opening Night will be Monday, October 8 at 7PM. Performances will run through Saturday, October 27.

Glengarry Glen Ross begins previews at the West End's Apollo Theatre on September 27; opening October 10 with performances through January 12, 2008.

Yale Repertory Theatre will present a staged reading of John Austin Connolly's The Boys from Siam, directed by Liz Diamond, on Monday, October 1 at 7:30 PM.

MCA Nashville will release 38 million-selling artist Reba McEntire's 31st studio album entitled, Reba Duets September 18. McEntire will appear coast to coast on major TV, radio and print outlets, including an exciting appearance on 'Oprah' (Sept 19) where the she will perform two songs with Justin Timberlake and Kelly Clarkson.

National Puppet Theater of Japan Kicks Off US Tour in Boston October 2-3

Small Pond Entertainment presents the New York Premiere of True Genius by David Holstein. Directed by Jill Sierchio, this critically-acclaimed dark comedy which premiered at the 2005 Edinburgh Fringe Festival begins previews September 23 at Altered Stages. Opening night is slated for Tuesday, September 25.

The Public Theater announced complete casting for the 40th anniversary concert celebration of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Directed by Diane Paulus with book and lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni and music by Galt MacDermot, HAIR will play for three-nights-only, September 22, 23 & 24 at 7PM as part of Joe's Pub in the Park.

SF Playhouse opens its fifth season with John Guare's Six Degrees of Separation, directed by Bill English, beginning performances September 19, opening September 22 through November 17.

INTAR Theatre, one of America's longest running Latino theaters producing plays in English, begins its 42nd season with a production of Pulitzer Prize-winner Maxwell Anderson's Night Over Taos, directed by Academy Award-winning actress and director Estelle Parsons. This rediscovered classic will play a limited Off-Broadway run from September 20 through October 20 at Theater for the New City. The official opening is set for Monday, October 1 at 7PM.

The battle between life and death is played out in Rabbit Hole Ensemble's world premiere production of The Night of Nosferatu. Written by Stanton Wood and based on the F.W. Murnau silent film Nosferatu and Bram Stoker's novel Dracula, the work will be directed by Edward Elefterion and will begin performances on September 28th at the WorkShop Theatre.
