It plays in the Severson Theatre in Santa Maria, tonight, August 8 through the 31st, then under the stars in Solvang, September 6 through the 15th. There will also be a one-night encore performance in the Chumash Casino Resort's Samala Showroom on Saturday, September 21.

Ten Chimneys Foundation announces its 2013 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Master Class with Academy Award nominee, six time Golden Globe winner, and five time Emmy Award winner Alan Alda serving as the Master Teacher. The 7th Annual Voice of the City Vocal Competition presented by the Columbus Children's Choir was held last night, March 16, 2013, at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. NBC 4's Cabot Rea hosted the event with 26 finalists (ages 9-17) who sang in front of a panel of expert judges, including New York City talent agent, Nancy Carson. Other Judges included Broadway Actor, Matt Clemens; Professional Actor and Choreographer, Dionysia Williams; Broadway Actor, Larissa Thurston Bateman; and Inaugural Voice of the City Winner and Actor, David Bahgat.

Awards shows are everywhere, Films and Musicals are a constant topic for any story-telling buff. But this time of year is especially special because all of these things inspire otherwise unearthed talent to show its true colors. Young, old and everywhere in between gather to share their love for performance in what can only be considered the greatest and closest community on the planet. So let's see some shows, shall we?
