Paloma Young picked up her first Tony Award in 2012 (Peter and the Starcatcher) and she's back for more in 2017. As costume designer for Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, Young has made some of her best creations yet, and she openly hands much of the credit to her collaborators below! 

It takes a village to recreate the giant world of War and Peace in a supper club-style Broadway theatre. Chief of that village is Rachel Chavkin, who earned her first Tony nomination for Best Direction for her ingenious work on Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. Recording artist Josh Groban is now a bonafide stage star, with a nomination for his performance in Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812- the most Tony-nominated show of the season. A Russia-focused, all-Shostakovich program led by pianist/conductor Ignat Solzhenitsyn, son of the famous Russian novelist and dissident, is featured at Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra's second of three 2017 Westside Connections concerts on Thursday, April 6, 2017, 7:30 pm, at Santa Monica's Moss Theater. 

Okieriete 'Oak' Onaodowan, best known for originating the roles of Hercules Mulligan and James Madison in Hamilton, will join the cast of the new Broadway musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 as 'Pierre' beginning July 3, 2017, starring alongside Denée Benton as 'Natasha.'
