The Public Theater has announced the lineup for The Public’s Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 season. The season lineup will include The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, plus works from James Ijames, Ryan J. Haddad, Richard Nelson, Taylor Mac, and more.

Running from 7-30 August 2026, this year's Edinburgh International Festival will present 24 days of world-class performances selected for their artistic and cultural resonance across opera, theatre, music and dance.

There is nothing that signals MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL faster than the words, “Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?” From the show's opening moments, the production strongly announced its arrival in Vancouver, BC with confidence and attitude. This week, Broadway Across Canada brought the 10-time Tony Award-winning musical, MOULIN ROUGE! to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.  

The festival runs from 25 February to 8 March in Glasgow.

Benjamin Kath, who records under the name Ben Jammin Beats, is a Twin Cities–based producer known for crafting hip-hop instrumentals that balance warmth, grit, and emotion.

His soft, soothing vocal inflection recalls iconic computer HAL in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.

At its heart, Sister Act: The Musical is a celebration of sisterhood and the unexpected bonds formed in the most unlikely places. While Deloris Van Cartier begins her journey chasing fame, her time with the nuns reveals a deeper calling: not spiritual in the traditional sense, but rooted in connection, community, and self-worth.

Patricia White, the long-time company manager of Woodie King, Jr.'s New Federal Theatre (NFT) and a well-known figure in Black Theatre, died. She had been hospitalized briefly and released for physical therapy to a nursing home, where she passed.
