Kentwood Players  presents LAUGHTER ON THE 23rd FLOOR, a Show Biz comedy by Neil Simon, Friday, July 22 through Saturday, August 6, 2022 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 PM at the Westchester Playhouse, located at 8301 Hindry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The production is directed by Stanley Brown and produced by Kathy Dershimer for Kentwood Players, with rights secured from Concord Theatricals. Featured in the cast in alphabetical order are Matthew Abosamra, Nathan Gebhard, Ben Lupejkis, Julia McGowan, Peter Miller, Jeremy Palmer, Lyndsay Palmer, Shawn Plunkett and Lou Saliba.

The BorderLight International Theatre + Fringe Festival (BorderLight) has unveiled its program lineup, which showcases an array of ticketed and free events taking place in venues spanning from Public Square to Playhouse Square July 20-24, 2022. 

TFANA has extended the run of Alice Childress’s Wedding Band, directed by Awoye Timpo, to May 22. (The production, which began previews April 28—postponed from an original date of April 23 due to two COVID-19 cases—was formerly set to close May 15).

In advance of the 2022 AdventHealth Broadway Series, Starlight announced local partnerships and programs that create more accessible amenities for audiences to attend performances this season. Working in partnership with the Audio-Reader Network, Starlight will have audio descriptions available for select performances. In addition, sign-language interpretation will be available at Sunday night performances throughout the Broadway season.

Starlight will present the Kansas City premiere of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s OKLAHOMA! at Starlight Theatre from May 13-15.

TFANA will present Alice Childress’s Wedding Band. Director Awoye Timpo’s new staging, running April 23–May 15, brings Childress’s masterpiece to New York audiences for the first time since 1972, when it made its New York premiere in a production directed by Childress and Joseph Papp.

Hudson Hall will present Nearly Stationary, a two-part, multi-floor exhibition, installation and performance event conceived by BESSIE award-winning visual artist, Barbara Kilpatrick.

Nutley Little Theatre Presents PERFECT ARRANGEMENT by Topher Payne, directed by George Seylaz.

Vanguard University's department of Theatre Arts will present the comedy classic by Mary Chase, Harvey. The production is presented in the Lyceum Theater on the Vanguard University campus, beginning April 1st, 2022, and running two weekends through April 10th.

Curio Theatre Company comes back, after two seasons without a mainstage show, with an intimate look at a musical icon. Curio will transform its Black Box space into a South Philly bar for one of Billie Holiday's final performances.

The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts will host the distinguished Philadelphia Orchestra led by Principal Guest Conductor Nathalie Stutzmann on Thursday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Stillwater, Okla. The concert is part of the orchestra's first tour since 2019 and marks its debut in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

This Valentine's Day, Serendipity3 restaurant, the legendary New York Citylandmark and home of the world famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, is taking romantic and serendipitous dinners to the next level. The NYC flagship restaurant will be officially declaring February 14th with a Mayoral Certificate, 'Marry Me Day at Serendipity3', inviting NYC residents and tourists to dine into the restaurant, bringing their marriage license in with them and spontaneously get married for free and one-day only for Valentine's Day!

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that its production of FLYING OVER SUNSET, the new musical with book and direction by James Lapine, music by Tom Kitt, lyrics by Michael Korie, featuring choreography by Michelle Dorrance, will end its limited engagement run after the Sunday, January 16th matinee at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.
