If their phenomenal, international success was determined by the immediacy of pop hook-laden alt-rock then The Backseat Lovers’ Close Your Eyes, the latest, smouldering track to be lifted from their forthcoming album, Waiting to Spill. The album was created with producer David Greenbaum (Paul McCartney, Beck, Gorillaz).

This September, opening the 2022/23 Season at the London Coliseum, the English National Opera (ENO) presents Puccini's much-loved thriller, Tosca. Receiving its UK premiere, this staging was last seen at The Finnish National Opera in 2018. 

Producer, songwriter and DJ Dillon Francis shares a new track, “Goodies.' A rework of the 2004 song by Ciara, the new track is taken from Dillon’s forthcoming This Mixtape Is Fire TOO, a sequel to 2015’s This Mixtape Is Fire, that will arrive via Astralwerks, and follows the first offering, “Don’t Let Me Let Go,” with ILLENIUM and EVAN GIIA.

National Sawdust has announced its Fall 2022 season, bringing musical and multidisciplinary artists from around the world to its state-of-the-art Williamsburg, Brooklyn home to share ambitious new explorations.

Playwrights Horizons will present the second season of Soundstage, its scripted fiction podcast. With plays written specifically for the audio format, not translated or recorded live from the stage, Soundstage has established itself as a singular, adventurous presence in both the podcasting and theater worlds. The Tank announced programming for their eco-forward festivals, TrashFest and DarkFest, from Saturday July 30 – Sunday August 7, 2022. Both festivals will take place in-person at The Tank NYC.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley announced its 52nd season, featuring six plays and musicals to be presented November 2022 through August 2023. Three of the season's productions will be mounted at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, and three will be staged at Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Theatre.
