Primary Stages (Casey Childs, Executive Producer; Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Elliot Fox, Managing Director), in association with Martin Hummel, present the New York premiere of the new comedy, Love Child, written and performed by Daniel Jenkins (Mary Poppins, Big River) and Robert Stanton (The Coast of Utopia, All in the Timing), as an added event of the 2008-2009 season. Under the direction of Carl Forsman, performances are set to begin Sunday evening, October 12, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. and will run in repertory with A Body of Water by Lee Blessing for a limited engagement through November 19, 2008. Opening night is October 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

Marin Theatre Company will produce the world premiere of its 2009 Sky Cooper New American Play Prize winner, Sunlight by Sharr White, January 21 through February 14, 2010. In addition to the Sky Cooper Prize, Sunlight has garnered substantial national recognition. Primary Stages just held their annual Gala last night, November 3, 2014 at 583 Park Avenue. The event celebrated the company's 30th anniversary and honor Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Donald Margulies and award-winning producer, Julian Schlossberg. The Honorary Gala Co-Chairs are Brian d'Arcy James, Laura Linney, Elaine May, and Susan Stroman. The evening featured performances and tributes by Tony nominee Nick Cordero(performing from Bullets over Broadway), Charles Busch, Judy Gold, David Ives, the creators of In Transit, Tony winner Frank Langella, Elaine May, Tony winner Billy Porter, Marlo Thomas, Rachel York, and surprise guests. Here it is, the cast for the 2019 CATS in Vienna. Christian Struppeck, together with original director Trevor Nunn, presented the cast earlier today. His cast will be lead by the famous Ana Milva Gomez in the role of Grizabella. Milva Gomez is well known for her stunning performances in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. She will be joined by Dominik Hees (Rum Tum Tugger), Felix Martin (Gus/ Bustopher Jones), Rory Six ( Old Deuteronomy) Carin Filip?i? as Walk In Cover for Grizabella and others. Some familiar faces and some fresh talent should be a perfect mix for the opening night in september. The show sold more than 10.000 tickets in the first 72 hours. CATS is really, once and forever a sensation, everybody wants to see. Expectations are high, let's see if Christian Struppeck has chosen the right kind of people. The naming of CATS, as we all know is a diffcult matter.

Actress and comedian Carol Burnett will return to the stage in the world premiere of What's Been Bothering You Lately?, a new play by Charles Grodin that will open on October 26th at the Falcon Theatre in Burbank, CA and run through November 18th as part of the theatre's sixth subscription series. Producer/Director Garry Marshall has formally announced the sixth subscription series, 'Comedy Tonight! (and matinees, too)' to be presented at his FALCON THEATRE in Burbank, California.
