This Month, FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club & Private Event Destination, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

Just last week, the New York Musical Festival, which nurtures the creation, production, and public presentation of stylistically, thematically, and culturally diverse new musicals to ensure the future vitality of musical theatre, celebrated opening night!

A comic tale of unlikely love and blood will unfold on the stage of New York's Signature Theatre, Monday, July 29, when the New York Musical Festival presents ALIVE! The ZOMBIE Musical. The one night only concert, featuring zombies, singing fairies, dancing oracles and magic portals, will be held at the 480 W. 42nd Street venue at 8 p.m.

According to the Guardian, three-time Tony winner Mark Rylance has resigned as an associate artist with the UK's Royal Shakespeare Company due to a sponsorship deal with BP. He explained: "I do not wish to be associated with BP any more than I would with an arms dealer, a tobacco salesman or anyone who wilfully destroys the lives of others alive and unborn. Nor, I believe, would William Shakespeare."

Sydney Theatre Company announced last night that Nakkiah Lui is the 2018 STC Patrick White Playwrights Fellow. It was also announced that this year's Patrick White Playwrights Award recipient is Mark Rogers for his play Superheroes, which was presented as a rehearsed reading to a sell-out audience at the Richard Wherett Studio in the Roslyn Packer Theatre.

The 29th annual Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival (Inside Out), championing innovative LGBTQ filmmakers from across the globe, revealed its full feature and short film lineup. The announcement was made today by Inside Out's Executive Director Andria Wilson and the festival's Director of Programming Andrew Murphy. Inside Out, which launched the first ever annual LGBTQ Film Finance Forum, has established itself as an international home and incubator for LGBTQ emerging and established filmmakers. This year's festival will take place May 23 to June 2, 2019.

Night of the Living Dead Live has announced that it will extend to 8 June, playing a total of nine weeks at Pleasance, London, with opening night for press on 16 April. The first ever UK stage adaptation and the only officially authorised production based on George A. Romero's cult zombie classic is directed by Benji Sperring (The Toxic Avenger: The Musical; Shock Treatment, Valley Of Song) and produced by Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment and Ollie Rosenblatt for Senbla. New Hampshire Theatre Project's 30th Anniversary Season continues with White Rabbit Red Rabbit by Nassim Soleimanpour which runs April 26 - May 12. Written by award-winning Iranian playwright, Soleimanpour, this experimental theatrical event has been performed around the world but no one is allowed to talk about it.

The winners of the 2019 New York Drama Critics' Circle Awards will be announced Monday, May 6, 2019 at approximately 5:30pm. The selections will be made at the organization's 84th annual voting meeting.

Over a four day heatwave in Ibiza, Robyn rented a jeep, played a gig and threw a party - and captured it all in the 'Between The Lines' video, directed by Cody Critcheloe aka SSION who previously collaborated with Robyn on her 'Love is Free' video. Great success of the theatrical season in Rio de Janeiro, the musical 'O Frenetico Dancin'Days' finally arrives in Sao Paulo. The show rescues the mythical aura around the Frenetic Dancing'Days Discotheque, which was a milestone in the Brazilian night, especially the carioca, with only four months of operation, establishing fashion, behavior and celebrating freedom, when the country was in full military dictatorship. Musical by Nelson Motta and Patricia Andrade, directed by Deborah Colker, will open on March 15 at Teatro Opus.
