Florida Studio Theatre (FST) announces that it will recognize the 100th anniversary of the woman's right to vote in the United States by hosting special online events honoring and reflecting on the historic milestone. The 19th Amendment, ending the fight for American women's suffrage, was ratified 100 years ago on August 20, 1920.

On Thursday, July 23, at 8 p.m.(EDT), at www.tanglewood.org, the first-ever Tanglewood Virtual Gala will celebrate the centennial of legendary American violinist Isaac Stern, one of the most prominent artists and cultural figures of the 20th century.

Today we flashback to 2017, when Anastasia took the stage at Bryant Park for the first time. Anastasia ran for 808 performances at the Broadhurst Theatre before closing in 2019. The cast included Christy Altomare in the title role, Derek Klena, John Bolton, Caroline O'Connor, Mary Beth Peil, and Ramin Karimloo.

Cincinnati Opera and CET have announced plans for Cincinnati Opera at 100, an hour-long televised program commemorating Cincinnati Opera's centennial. Featuring insights from local and national opera experts and performances by artists from across the country, Cincinnati Opera at 100 will premiere on CET 48.1 on Friday, July 3 at 9 p.m. EST. Additional airings will follow on CET Arts 48.3 through Tuesday, July 7.
