Pride Films and Plays has announced that $5 of each ticket sold for each Friday 8pm performance of ALL THAT HE WAS, the Jeff-recommended musical that opened on Monday August 12, will go toward one of four Chicago-area charities that provides services and advocacy for those impacted by HIV/AIDS.

London Classic Theatre today announce their UK tour of Harold Pinter's No Man's Land, with the company's Artistic Director Michael Cabot directing Nicholas Gasson, Joel Macey, Graham O'Mara and Moray Treadwell. The new production opens at Hull Truck Theatre on 12 September, with previews from 5 September at Oldham Coliseum, and visits 22 venues in total before the tour concludes at Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells on 2 November.

Minnesota Jewish Theatre Company (MJTC) announces its 25th season of staging stories about Jewish history and culture with themes universal to people of all backgrounds. MJTC is led by Founder & Producing Artistic Director Barbara Brooks.

When it opened on Broadway in 2006, The Drowsy Chaperone boasted an all-star cast and garnered five Tony Awards, including Best Book of a Musical and Best Original Score. You can expect that same quality in Broadway at Music Circus' third production of the summer, with Lynne Wintersteller returning to Sacramento in the title role. Lynne was last seen here in 2017 as Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly! and as Mother Superior in Sister Act, where she solidified her place as Music Circus royalty and left audiences anticipating her return. Word for Word and Z Space will stage an immersive production of Samuel Taylor Coleridge's legendary Rime of the Ancient Mariner  with a press night of Saturday September 21 at 8pm running through October 12 (Previews Sept 11-15, 18-20) .   Rime of the Ancient Mariner is to be directed by Jim Cave and Delia MacDougall with a cast that features Nathaniel Andalis, Lucas Brandt, Robert Ernst*, Darryl V. Jones, Leontyne Mbele-Mbong*, Earl Paus, Charles Shaw Robinson and Patricia Silver*. (*member AEA)

The Broadway League has just announced that the 11th annual Jimmy Awards® ceremony will be streamed live in its entirety. Today, D23, the official Disney fan club, has announced the eleven recipients for the 2019 Disney Legends Award.
