The American Theatre Guild, the largest not-for-profit touring Broadway presenter in the nation, has unveiled its highly anticipated 23–24 Season for the Peoria Civic Center. The AMEREN ILLINOIS BROADWAY IN PEORIA SERIES will include the following touring productions: MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET CHRISTMAS, MEAN GIRLS, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, and THE CHER SHOW.

In addition to her “Wonderland”—a song conceived of at the Alice in Wonderland statue in New York’s Central Park and co-written with Sprague— she ends the EP with her rendition of Jeff Lynne’s “Mr. Blue Sky,” from Electric Light Orchestra’s 1977 album Out of the Blue. (The music video for “Wonderland” will be released with the album in April).

GREASE, a perennial favorite for theaters and theater-goers, is quite the crowd-pleaser at Toby's Dinner Theater in Columbia, Maryland. It's full of fun songs you already know, excellent dancing and a tiny bit of plot. The cast is excellent and the staging is lively. It has many elements in common with the movie, but a PG rating isn't one of them.
