Reprising their roles from the run at the Young Vic are Raphael Bushay (Mike), Arthur Darvill (Curly McLain), James Patrick Davis (Will Parker), Stavros Demetraki (Ali Hakim), Greg Hicks (Andrew Carnes), Rebekah Hinds (Gertie Cummings), Anoushka Lucas (Laurey Williams), Marie-Astrid Mence (Lead Dancer), Liza Sadovy (Aunt Eller) and Patrick Vaill (Jud Fry).

Rita Gardner, who starred as Luisa in the original Off-Broadway production of The Fantasticks, has passed away at the age of 87 from leukemia, according to friend and collegue Alex Rybeck.

The 25th anniversary celebration of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella will feature members of its all-star cast – Brandy, Whoopi Goldberg, Paolo Montalban, Victor Garber, Bernadette Peters, Jason Alexander and Veanne Cox. Following the news special, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella for the first time on television in more than two decades.

ABC News Studios will air “Cinderella: The Reunion, A Special Edition of 20/20” featuring members of its all-star cast — Brandy, Whoopi Goldberg, Paolo Montalban, Victor Garber, Bernadette Peters, Jason Alexander and Veanne Cox. Billy Porter, Todrick Hall, Debra Martin Chase, Neil Meron, and costumer Ellen Mirojnick will also make appearances.

The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization has released the first of a new series of videos celebrating the 80th anniversary of Rodgers & Hammerstein. Featuring audio from rarely heard interviews with Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II – each describing how they first joined forces –  the video can be viewed below! Asolo Rep has announced casting for its upcoming production of Lerner and Loewe's Camelot. This concert production of David Lee's adaptation previews March 17 and 18, opens March 19 and runs through March 31 on Asolo Rep's outdoor Terrace Stage, located on the front steps of the FSU Center for the Performing Arts.
