“I GOT YOU” is the group's third English single, following the massive successes of their previous full English-language singles “The Feels” – which marked the K-Pop powerhouses' first career entry on The Billboard Hot 100 (#83) and earned the group their first U.S. gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

The release of “Fear” comes on the heels of Logic's eighth studio album, College Park (2023), which spawned the singles “Wake Up,” “Paradise II” featuring Norah Jones, “Lightsabers,” and “Highlife,” and also included a video directed by actor and filmmaker Kevin Smith.

Drawing on everything from The Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy to Nine Inch Nails and The KLF, the band leans into the raw, primal sound at the intersection of techno, electronic, industrial, and rock music that informed their 2022 EP Touch The Ground (produced by Hot Chip's Joe Goddard and Al Doyle).  

The track, which arrives with a music video, features vocals from Jolie Holland. They are known for their jagged folk-pop melodies, infusing the cabaret traditions of Old World masters like Georges Brassens, Jacques Brel and Fabrizio De André with the Old Testament prophecy and Kabbalistic visions of Townes Van Zandt, Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan.
