Drama Desk Award nominee Erin Davie, currently in rehearsals for the Broadway production of DIANA, is the latest guest star to join FROM BROADWAY WITH LOVE, a benefit concert for Australia created by and starring acclaimed performer Erin Leddy (ANYTHING GOES) and award-winning actor Tim Realbuto (who currently stars in the Indie hit YES, based on his stage play).

Goodman Theatre Artistic Director Robert Falls has announced casting for his upcoming revival of Molly Sweeney by Brian Friel. In assuming the title role, Chicago favorite Kate Fry returns to the Goodman, following her recent appearance in Falls' production of The Winter's Tale. Joining Fry are stage and screen star Brendan Coyle (Downton Abbey), who returns to the Goodman following his triumphant appearance in last season's St. Nicholas by Conor McPherson, and Chicago's Christopher Donahue (Oedipus Rex at Court Theatre, Moby Dick at Lookingglass).

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards® including Best Musical has announced a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins February 4th at POPEJOY HALL in Albuquerque and plays a limited one-week engagement through February 9th. In Albuquerque, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the box office, making a limited number of tickets available at $25 apiece on a cash only basis.

The Philip Glass Ensemble (PGE) will give the Philadelphia premiere of Philip Glass's monumental work Music in Twelve Parts presented by the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, University of Pennsylvania on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 6pm. Music in Twelve Parts runs five hours, with two intermissions and a dinner break. This marks the first performance in Philadelphia by the Philip Glass Ensemble in 21 years.

The House Theatre of Chicago will extend Verböten, the company's second main stage production of its 18th season. Directed by The House's Artistic Director Nathan Allen, with book by Brett Neveu and music and lyrics by Jason Narducy, The House will add 13 performances of Verböten running through Sunday, March 29 at the Chopin Theatre, 1543 W. Long Wharf Theatre (Jacob G. Padrón, Artistic Director; Kit Ingui, Managing Director), in collaboration with Yale Repertory Theatre (James Bundy, Artistic Director; Victoria Nolan, Managing Director), will host the 2020 New Haven Regional August Wilson Monologue Competition (AWMC). The Regional Competition will be presented on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7 PM at Long Wharf Theatre, 222 Sargent Drive, New Haven, CT 06511. Fifteen participants from the Greater New Haven Area, Hartford County, and Fairfield County, will compete to win all-expense paid trip to the National Competition in NYC where the top two will perform on a Broadway stage, see a Broadway play, and have a chance to win college scholarships. The National Competition will take place in May 4, 2020 at Broadway's August Wilson Theatre.
