Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles has  announced a major grant from the Perenchio Foundation, one of the largest and most significant institutions supporting the arts community in this region. The $348,000, three-year operating grant recognizes GMCLA's organizational success of the last several years, and GMCLA's 44-year history of music and service.

Playwrights Horizons will present the New York premiere of Bruce Norris’s Downstate, directed by Pam MacKinnon, October 28–December 11 (opening November 15). This provocative work surrounds a registered address in downstate Illinois, where four men convicted of sex crimes share a group home, living out their days post-incarceration.

Cast Announced for SUS at Park Theatre

The cast has been announced for Dilated Theatre Company's revival of Barrie Keeffe's SUS: joining director Paul Tomlinson in returning to the show following their 2013 production, Alexander Neal will reprise his role as Karn. He is joined by British-Montserratian actor Stedroy Cabey as Delroy, and Fergal Coghlan (For King and Country Southwark Playhouse, The Mousetrap St Martin's Theatre) completes the cast as Wilby.
