The Los Angeles revival of Reefer Madness The Musical is now on stage and the critics have weighed in! The production features additional songs and material by the original creative team.

Today’s subject Salar Nader is currently living his theatre life as the Tabla Artist in the national tour of The Kite Runner. The show will conclude it’s tour in the Eisenhower Theater at Kennedy Center starting on June 25th and playing through June 30th.

Swedish pop superstar Darin is back with his brand new music video for ‘Moonlight’. Shot amongst a barren landscape, the accompanying music video homes in on the track’s introspective aura. The slick contrasts from day to night show Darin in different lights - from pensive lows among desert terrain to race-car fuelled energetic highs - and fully embody the lyrical themes of dealing with habits that are hard to break. Members of the original creative team reuniting to produce are: actors Kristen Bell, Christian Campbell and Alan Cumming, creators Kevin Murphy and Dan Studney, Andy Fickman, who directed 2005's Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, and America Olivo Campbell.

Dear Readers, we’re about to enter the realm of one of my favorite shows, “Once on This Island”, currently playing at Village Theatre. This gem of a show is, sadly, not often produced. In fact, I’ve only seen it twice, once on Broadway in 2017, and once in 2005, again from Village Theatre. Both of those productions hold very special places in my memory as being stellar shows. I tell you this for one reason and one reason only, I am very picky when it comes to this show.
