Metallica Through The Never (Music From The Motion Picture) is out today via the band's own label Blackened Recordings. The album is the soundtrack to the forthcoming groundbreaking 3D feature film, Metallica Through The Never, to be released exclusively in IMAX theaters this Friday, Sept. 27th and worldwide on Friday, Oct. 4th. Metallica recently revealed a new live version of their legendary track 'Master of Puppets' HERE. The footage from the video will be featured in the upcoming film.

Company of Fools' 22nd season of theatre continues in December with a production of Striking 12 - an un-holiday holiday musical by Brendan Millburn, Rachel Sheinkin and Valeria Vigoda. Directed by Company of Fools' Interim Artistic Director Ilana Becker with music direction by R.L. Rowsey and Grant Carey, this magical New Year's themed concert-theatre hybrid will run Dec. 14-30, 2017, at the Liberty Theatre in Hailey, followed by a special New Year's Eve fundraiser performance and celebration on Dec. 31.

The Chicago Fringe Festival, August 30 - September 10, announce its 2017 slate of performances and tickets will go on sale to the public, Tuesday, Aug. 1 and announce the return of its annual fundraiser, Five Fifths, with this year five theatre companies performing the movie "Ghostbusters," Thursday, May 25 at Filament Theatre.  The eighth annual Chicago Fringe Festival takes place in five venues in Jefferson Park, August 30 - September 10.

Murder In The Front Row: The San Francisco Bay Area Thrash Metal Story will premiere next month on Saturday, April 20 at AMC Kabuki 8 in San Francisco, CA at 1pm. Directed by Adam Dubin(Beastie Boys "Fight For Your Right to Party" & 'No Sleep 'til Brooklyn"), the film contains over fifty interviews with various metal stalwarts, (including Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, Exodus, Testament and Death Angel), telling its tall tales through a mix of first-person interviews, animation and narration by comedian Brian Posehn.

In their shadow play WHALES, inspired by punk rock, interactive game shows, documentaries, and Herman Melville's seminal masterpiece Moby-Dick, HTL! invites you to catch a glimpse of the world that brought us a certain legendary white whale and the men that hunt him. In HORSETALE, part of Family Fringe, a Horse and his Tail become separated and in their search for each other, find themselves. HTL! weaves together handmade shadow puppetry, three vintage overhead projectors, live original folk music, and American iconography to tell a story as wild and expansive and intimate as the West itself.

The 2017 Chicago Fringe Festival and Kids Fringe, August 30 - September 10, announce the slate of performances and venues and all tickets go on sale to the public on Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 12 p.m. The eighth annual Chicago Fringe Festival takes place in five venues in Jefferson Park. Entrance to the Chicago Fringe Festival, called Chicago's "Best Performing Arts Festival" by the Chicago Reader, is a one-time button purchase of $5, after that all individual performances are $10. Kids Fringe features free workshops along with ticketed shows that are appropriate for all ages.

2 ½ years after it's original release, Hope Vista, lead vocalist of VISTA, has dropped a re-issue of her final solo EP 'Prevail,' out NOW.
