Produced by Live Nation, THE BIG ROCK SUMMER TOUR features legendary rock acts RATT, CINDERELLA's TOM KEIFER, SKID ROW and SLAUGHTER, four bands that have combined to sell more than 60 million albums, including dozens of radio hits and smash videos. Every night of the tour will feature more party anthems and power ballads than fans could hope for, with the rock n roll caravan hitting more than two dozen North American cities starting June 3 in Farmingville, NY and wrapping September 19 in Los Angeles, CA (see dates below).

The Third Avenue Playhouse, located in historic downtown Sturgeon Bay, announces its lineup of six plays for the upcoming 2020 season. The plays include an early career work from playwright David Mamet, a 1964 musical by the legendary composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim, a multi-award winning classic about the unlikely friendship between an elderly lady and her driver, the story of an unconventional advice columnist, and a farcical take on the making of Gone With The Wind.

The Colorado Music Festival (CMF) in Boulder, Colorado, isn't broadly known outside the state, but it should be. This summer, under the leadership of the recently arrived Music Director Peter Oundjian, the Festival will actually present more 21st-century pieces (16, including two world premieres) than works by Beethoven (13). That reflects Oundjian's commitment to presenting the work of living composers as well as music by masters of the canon. This is the first year of the Festival's five-year commitment to commissioning new works and presenting them in Boulder.

PAWS/LA, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit agency serving people and pets in need, has announced a one night only benefit event a?" Barrett Foa Has Friends! a?" on Monday, February 24, at 8pm. This very special evening of cabaret at Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood will feature performances by Foa and some of his most talented friends, including Broadway favorites Laura Bell Bundy, Alex Ellis, Carly Hughes, Chris Mann, and Adam Pascal, with more to be announced. Theater fans tend to highlight certain events throughout the year, moments where the work being produced in theaters, mostly on Broadway, has a chance to shine and become known to greater audiences.
