Sanaz Toossi's ENGLISH Wins 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Drama

The Pulitzer Prize Board has just announced that English, by Sanaz Toossi has won the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Other finalists included: On Sugarland by Aleshea Harris and The Far Country by Lloyd Suh.

ODC/Dance Announces Program For Annual SUMMER SAMPLER, July 20 - 22

ODC/Dance has announced the program for its annual SUMMER SAMPLER. Highlights include world premieres by guest choreographers Sonya Delwaide and Dexandro Montalvo plus revivals of signature works by Brenda Way and Kimi Okada. Summer Sampler takes place at ODC Theater July 20 - 22, Thursday - Saturday, at 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets, starting at $25, are now on sale at odc.dance/summersampler.

Nisha Oza for The Lot Productions has announced the world première of What It Means, a new play by James Corley – the first show for the newly founded production company as part of their inaugural theatre season. Directed by The Lot's Creative Director, Harry Mackrill, the production, starring Richard Cant, opens at Wilton's Music Hall on 9 October, with previews from 4 October, and runs until 28 October.

American Ballet Theatre returns to the Metropolitan Opera House with four stories of love for its 2023 Summer season, June 22–July 22. The season will feature the New York Premiere of two-time Tony Award-winner Christopher Wheeldon's Like Water for Chocolate, as well as full-length classics Giselle, Swan Lake, and Romeo and Juliet.  General public on sale for ABT's 2023 Summer season begins on Monday, April 24 at 12:00 P.M. at the Metropolitan Opera House box office.
