Multi-instrumentalist, producer, and rapper Namir Blade has dropped a new single 'Mephisto,' out now. Highlighted by rays of warm gospel and soul, 'Mephisto' is a rally song packed full of quotables. The new single is the second release from Namir's highly-anticipated album Metropolis due out June 3rd on Mello Music Group.

The Orange Tree Theatre today announces the full cast for Pierre Marivaux's The False Servant, translated by Martin Crimp, whose prolific international career began at the Orange Tree Theatre, including the recent hit revival of Dealing with Clair. Before his final season as Artistic Director of the OT, Paul Miller, directs Uzair Bhatti, Will Brown, Julian Moore-Cook, Phoebe Pryce, Lizzy Watts and Silas Wyatt-Barke.

Ahead of the May 13 release of their new Nonesuch album, Dropout Boogie, The Black Keys have announced two high-profile events to celebrate the project. On May 11, the duo of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney will perform at Los Angeles’ famed Troubadour and offer an international livestream of the intimate show in this 500-capacity venue exclusively via Flymachine. Pasadena Playhouse has announced casting and creative team for the Los Angeles premiere of the Richard Nelson, Richard Pevear, and Larissa Volokhonsky translation of Uncle Vanya by Anton Chekhov coming to the Playhouse June 1 through June 26; the press opening is Sunday, June 5 at 5 p.m.
