Amazon Studios started principal photography on visionary director Mike Cahill's (I Origins, Another Earth) Bliss this week in Los Angeles and Croatia. The 5th Avenue Theatre is announcing a change in its 2019/20 season lineup. The world premiere of an original new musical, Bliss, will replace the previously announced Stu for Silverton in early 2020. Today, W Records, an imprint from W Hotels Worldwide, has released a cover of Tears for Fears' “Head Over Heels,” by Japanese Breakfast (Michelle Zauner, a Dead Oceans recording artist). Japanese Breakfast joins fellow W Records performers Amber Mark, Perfume Genius and Roosevelt, rounding out the inaugural class of W Records. “Japanese Breakfast has recorded a beautiful, ethereal reimagining of 'Head Over Heels',” said Curt Smith co-founder of Tears For Fears. 

The GRAMMY Museum® announced today that 90 talented high school students from 74 U.S. cities across 23 states have been selected as participants in the 15th annual GRAMMY Camp® program, and The Head And The Heart and JoJo will be this year's guest artists. The Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House MFA Acting Program is proud to present Noel Coward's classic comedy Hay Fever. This madcap play about a weekend with the eccentric Bliss family will star the MFA Class of 2020 and a guest performer.  Director Jerrold Scott's production will take the audience back to the 1920's and remind them of the joy of life and fear of boredom. The show will run from February 27th-March 9th in Helen Theatre at Playhouse Square.

Lyric Opera of Kansas City General Director and CEO Deborah Sandler today announced its 2019-2020 season. Actors' Equity Association announced today that it reached an agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line to cover members on the cruise line's new ship, the Norwegian Bliss. From May 3 - May 5 while in New York, the Norwegian Bliss was under Equity Agreement, marking the first time that a full Equity cast has been used on a cruise ship.
