This coming November fans will converge on Mission to Seafarers for Austen Con; a celebration of all things Jane Austen. This includes a unique theatre production of 'Pride & Prejudice & 5 Years'. The event focuses on how relevant Austen is to individuals today and promotes mash-ups and modern takes on her messages. No matter how little or how much you know about Jane Austen - all are welcome!

Classic Stage Company today announces new additions for the thrilling repertory cycle of adaptations of two legendary Gothic nightmares by emerging playwrights, kicking off 2020. Sarna Lapine (Sunday in the Park with George, Little Women) will direct Kate Hamill's reimagining of Dracula (starting January 14), and Tristan Bernays' adaptation of Frankenstein will start January 30.

There has been a cast change for Austen's Pride, a new musical of Pride and Prejudice being performed at ACT of Connecticut in Ridgefield, CT. The role of Elizabeth Bennet will now be played by Olivia Hernandez.

Jane Austen fans can find out for themselves in the romantic comedy MISS BENNET: CHRISTMAS AT PEMBERLEY, beginning at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Oct. 13.
