The production brings to life interwoven stories about the sexes - their conflicts, their love, their tricks -from various translations / transmissions of The One Thousand and One Nights, a collection of Silk Road, MENA (Middle Eastern / North African), and South Asian tales.

A SOULFUL CHRISTMAS, the holiday musical revue from the creative team behind the hit musicals Mighty Real: A Fabulous Sylvester Musical and An Evening With Phyllis Hyman will return to New York City this December for one weekend only, performing Saturday, December 15th at 8:00 pm and Sunday December 16th at 2:00 pm at The Actor's Temple Theatre (339 West 47th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues).

Theater J's 2018 Annual Benefit is an elegant and lively evening of theater, socializing, and delectable food and drink at Arena Stage. The centerpiece of the event is a "sneak peek" reading of Ken Ludwig's brand new play Dear Jack, Dear Louise. Mr. Ludwig, a Tony and Olivier Award-winning playwright, directs the reading, which stars Tony Award nominees Santino Fontana and Laura Osnes. The dancefloor is on fire as people move to the Caribbean rhythm of “Slam!”, the latest release by producer/DJ/artist, Ricky Blaze. The video's director, Peter Dmitriyev filmed an authentic Jamaican-styled bashment party. It is the type where choreographed dance moves are jaw-dropping spectacles, and everyone is shrouded in a dimly lit room rocking to the DJ. Amongst the crowd, Ricky Blaze pursues Diany Arias, the dancer that has caught his eye.
