Artistic Director Michael Longhurst and Executive Director Henny Finch have announced the casting for Diana Nneka Atuona's Trouble in Butetown. The Off-Broadway comedy Two Jews, Talking, by Ed. Weinberger, directed by Dan Wackerman, starring Josh Mostel and Richard Masur will play its final performance at Theatre at St. Clement’s on Sunday, November 27 at 3pm.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre’s Artistic Director Johanna Pfaelzer and Director of the Ground Floor Madeleine Oldham announced the Residency Lab participants and the return to full capacity of the Residency Lab portion of The Ground Floor: Berkeley Rep’s Center for the Creation and Development of New Work.

The Old Globe has announced the cast and creative team for William Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew. Shana Cooper (Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Chicago Shakespeare, Yale Rep) directs a cast of 20.

With Marina Carr's Girl on an Altar about to begin previews, Kiln Theatre announces the full cast for the world première of Zodwa Nyoni's The Darkest Part of the Night. Nancy Medina directs Brianna Douglas, Andrew French, James Clyde, Hannah Morrish, Lee Phillips and Nadia Williams.

The Washington Stage Guild will conclude its 2021-2022 season with Memoirs of a Forgotten Man by D.W. Gregory. The play, which had its world premiere at The Contemporary American Theatre Festival in 2018, takes place in the Stalinist Soviet Union, where a man’s inability to forget those whom the government has “erased” becomes increasingly problematic for him and his family.

 New York Classical Theatre is producing New Visions, a developmental program of original plays by inspired by “classics.” Readings are free and open to the public.
