42nd Street Photos - Broadway

Start the new year off on the right foot, as Arizona Broadway Theatre brings the classic Broadway tap dancing spectacular, 42nd Street, to the stage January 16 through February 27, 2026.

Sharon Playhouse will present a diverse lineup for its 2026 season, including both mainstage and YouthStage productions, showcasing community talent and creativity.

The newly formed J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company presents the last of the three productions in the company's inaugural 2020 season: the 2001 musical, A Class Act, with book by Linda Kline and Lonny Price, and music and lyrics by Edward Kleban. Performances begin on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 7:30pm and continue through March 22, 2020 at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street – between 9th and Dyer Avenues). As BroadwayWorld sadly reported yesterday, Broadway star Jan Maxwell passed away at 61 years of age after a battle with cancer. The star is survived by her husband, actor/playwright Robert Emmet Lunney, and their son William Maxwell-Lunney.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to present jazz singer Gabrielle Stravelli with singer/pianist Billy Stritch in Down For Double on Monday, January 8.
