Mrs. Stern Wanders the Prussian State Library is the European premiere of a play by Jenny Lyn Bader, directed by Ari Laura Kreith, presented by Luna Stage and Richard Jordan Productions with Traverse Theatre. Set in 1933 Berlin, the play is inspired by the real-life arrest of Hannah Arendt, in which a young Gestapo officer's interrogation of a philosophy graduate student endangers them both. Direct from its critically acclaimed Off-Broadway premiere, the work illuminates the struggle for human connection and perseverance in the darkest of times.
