The Last 5 Years at Brauntex Theatre

Lindsay Pearce, a finalist on Oxygen's "The Glee Project" and the newest cast member of Fox's hit show "Glee," will star in the UnderMotion Production Corporation's upcoming production of Jason Robert Brown's The Last 5 Years.

Directed by Chris Berry with musical direction by Charles Barksdale, performances are scheduled for Jan. 6-8, 2012, at the Brauntex Theatre in New Braunfels, TX.

Pearce will be joined onstage by Alex Trevino, who recently made his film debut in "Little Boy," as Jamie.

The musical, according to press notes, "tells the story of a New York couple's relationship over the course of 5 years; however, Jaime, the male, tells his story chronologically while Cathy, the female, tells her story from the end to the beginning, with the stories intertwining only once during the wedding."

The upcoming production will feature set design and technical direction by Thomas Sorensen, lighting and sound direction by Michael Jarvis and costume design by Jessi Burke.
