Ekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theatre, 16, 17 and 18 May 19, 2013 year will present a new creative project – Staging Othello Verdi on the 200 anniversary of the birth of the composer.
Giuseppe Verdi is the author of the operas, which have already held one of the second century records of popularity on posters in the Repertoire of theatres, singers and listeners in mind. The great Maestro is a symbol not only of Italian music, Italian spirit, but also the Opera art. So such date as the 200-anniversary of birth, can not pass unnoticed. Italy – and the world – will dedicate this date most lush festivities.
In verdievskij year the Ekaterinburg Opera and Ballet also becomes a party anniversary Marathon. This was chosen by Othello and set its priglashena creative team, clearly declaring itself in the play "Le Comte Ory": Pavel Klinichev (conductor-Director), Igor Ushakov (Director), Alexei Kondratiev (art director), Irena Belousova (costume designer), Yevgeny Vinogradov (lighting designer).
