An alluring gypsy, a handsome officer - two different worlds collide in Bizet’s timeless tale of fierce love with some of opera’s favorite music. Reenvisioned by Jonathan Eaton and Robert Frankenberry to take place in in a gypsy tavern and retold through the thrilling sounds of flamenco guitar, this beautiful orchestration has been reduced to provide a new look into a classic production. SummerFest’s Carmen tour ends at our plush mainstage theater, Falk Auditorium, Winchester Thurston School. Light fare and beverages will be available and a ticketed party including a cabaret with the cast will follow the performance.
Saturday July 9 at 7:30 pm, $25-$75
Cast party and cabaret after performance, $25
