Pittsburgh Musical Theater has announced the company's 2023-2024 Season 'Memories Are Made of This,' with performances in three different venues, including the historic Byham Theater in the cultural district, the off-Broadway style Gargaro Theater, and West End Canopy located in the historic West End Community.
Pittsburgh Musical Theater has announced the company's 2022-2023 'Oh What a Season' with performances in three different venues, including the historic Byham Theater in the cultural district, and their own Gargaro Theater and West End Canopy located in the historic West End Community.
The season will start this fall with The SpongeBob Musical (November 4-7, Byham Theater) and continue with the annual production of the holiday classic, A Lyrical Christmas Carol (December 16-19, Gargaro Theater).
Pittsburgh Musical Theater will celebrate 30 years during the 2021-2022 season with performances in multiple venues including the historic Broadway style Byham Theater in the Cultural District, and their own Off-Broadway style Gargaro Theater in the West End.
Pittsburgh Musical Theater's season preview, Broadway at the Overlook, takes place at the West End Elliot Overlook on Marlow Street. This year's show features selections from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Sound of Music, Hair, Evil Dead the Musical, the musical adaptation of Twelfth Night, and more.
Pittsburgh Musical Theater is filling the 2019-2020 season with an array of classic musical theater and bringing back a cult favorite for its 28th year. This season will still be produced at both the Byham and Gargaro Theaters.
