Desert Dance Theatre and the Arizona Dance Coalition presents the 27th Annual Arizona Dance Festival 2026 at Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA) Studio on Thursday-Saturday, September 24-26, 2026 at 7:30pm.
Pre-show activities and performances will occur in the TCA Lobby at 6:30pm-7:15pm. Join us in a movement experience with COMMIT Dance Fitness Arizona Ensemble, plus performances by Erika Alexxandrya (Thursday), Step’s Junk Funk (Friday), and Victoria Morena Olmos-Tsosie (Saturday). This portion of the evening is FREE to the PUBLIC.
The Arizona Dance Festival will feature over 30 different dance artists and companies, showcasing an eclectic variety of choreography and dance performances from around the state of Arizona and out of state. This unique setting will give audiences a taste of what’s happening in Arizona's dance scene. It is a perfect platform for dance companies to get exposure, promote their work, and to connect with others in the dance community and the general public. Each evening performance will showcase different dance artists including emerging artists as well as professional companies from all genres and styles of dance.
A post-performance “Q & A” / “Talk Back” will be facilitated by the Arizona Dance Coalition directly after the show. This will allow the audience to engage in lively conversation with the artistic directors and choreographers for a deeper dive into insights in the creation of their dance works.

2022 Arizona Bach Festival Kicks Off This Month
The Arizona Bach Festival announces its 13th anniversary season of celebrating the works of Johann Sebastian Bach. This year's Festival features a virtuosic organist, world class Early Music specialists, the Arizona Bach Festival Chamber Orchestra performing glorious concertos of Bach's era and a stunning finale as the saxophonists of Sinta Quartet present the music of Bach in a fresh instrumentation that surely would have delighted the master composer.

2021 Arizona Bach Festival Announced
The Arizona Bach Festival celebrates its 12th anniversary season of presenting renowned artists performing the works of Johann Sebastian Bach. The 2021 Festival will be held virtually on YouTube with a three-concert Festival, February 21, February 28 and March 7, 2021. All concerts will begin at 3:00 pm MST/5:00 EST.
