The winner of 10 Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, South Pacific tells the sweeping romantic story of two couples on a remote island in the Pacific - a U.S. Navy nurse and an expatriate French plantation owner, and a Marine Corps lieutenant and a young local girl - and how their happiness is threatened by the realities of war and their own prejudices.
