Soprano Katy Williams, organist Nicholas Will, and violinist Warren Davidson will present a special program titled “Ave Maria”. The concert highlights several musical settings of the beloved prayer, ranging from the classic versions by Franz Schubert and Charles Gounod to rarely heard gems by French violinist Charles Dancla and Filipino composers Buencamino and Rupes. The program also features a festive Noël for organ by Louis-Claude Daquin, a vibrant violin sonata by Antonio Vivaldi, and the dramatic holiday favorite “O Holy Night” by Adolphe Adam.
