Jonathan Groff was a guest on Wednesday night's episode of Late Night With Seth Meyers to talk about his recent projects. During the interview, Groff talks about performing a?oeLet It Goa?? with Idina Menzel at a London gay bar, bringing his nieces to the premiere of Frozen 2 and spitting on David Fincher while performing in Little Shop of Horrors.

Jonathan Groff, who stars in the new Off-Broadway 'Little Shop of Horrors,' was a guest on Monday night's episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Groff is such a big fan of Julie Andrews, who was the other guest on the show that night, that he shared the story of how he once dressed up as Mary Poppins for Halloween.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's - the most successful female rock band of all time - will play its final Broadway performance at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street) this weekend, on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Before it goes forever however, the cast is opening up about the show's important message of love and acceptance. 'Head Over Heels presents a kind of utopian society, where love and authenticity reigns,' says cast member Rachel York. Late Thursday evening, following the publication of the New York Times theatre review of Head Over Heels, members of the Broadway community took to social media to express outrage over a review which many have dubbed transphobic.

Tonight the audience over at the new musical Head Over Heels got an extra special treat at curtain call, when the source of the show's score, legendary rock group The Go-Go's, took the stage for a performance of some of their classic hits! Check out the video below!

BroadwayWorld was in the rehearsal room with the cast today, where they treated us to a sneak peek of 'Till Then' (performed by Santino Fontana and Christiane Noll) and 'Sit Down, John'.

The cast of the Tony Award-winning musical NEWSIES took their excited final bows at the Nederlander Theatre today to uproarious applause from a packed audience. NEWSIES featured a Tony Award-winning score with music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken and lyrics by Jack Feldman, with a book by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein. Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, NEWSIES was directed by Tony nominee Jeff Calhoun and choreographed by Christopher Gattelli, who won a 2012 Tony Award for his work. NEWSIES enjoyed almost two and a half years on Broadway.
