Today we rewind to 2011, when Matthew Lombardo's High premiered on Broadway, starring Evan Jonigkeit, Stephen Kunken and  Kathleen Turner. The show played for only 7 performances at the Booth Theatre. The story revolves around a nun, Sister Jamison Connelly, who deals with her sordid past and the people around her with her acerbic wit and wisdom. 

Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita plays 'Cindy Lou Who' in the world premiere of Matthew Lombardo's new comedy with a twist of rhyme, WHO'S HOLIDAY! directed by Carl Andress opening tomorrow, November 28. The Falcon Theatre in Toluca Lake, CA (a Los Angeles suberb) have officially opened TEA AT FIVE written by Matthew Lombardo, and directed by Jenny Sullivan, the second production in its 2010-2011 Subscription Season. This gracefully funny and heartwarming tale stars Stephanie Zimbalist (Remington Steele) as legendary actress Katharine Hepburn. Broadway World TV's Los Angeles correspondents Dean Butler and Michael Sterling visited with Zimbalist and Sullivan earlier this week.

Kathleen Turner is currently starring in the world premiere production of HIGH at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. The production is running through October 2, 2010, after which producers are aiming for a Broadway transfer.
